Hey there! Thanks for stopping by!
You've reached the official webpage for
Shawna N.M. Barnes,
Ceramic Sculptor & Veteran Artist.
Please use the navigation menu above to learn more about who I am as a person as well as an artist, to see what I've been up to, how I work, and for more information on how to add my art to your personal collection.
This summer (2017), I had the amazing opportunity to teach a "healing through art" ceramic art tile class at each of the 7 week long retreats at the Travis Mills Foundation in Rome, ME! These retreats cater to disabled Veterans and their families.
They've added more programming this fall, teaming up with some GREAT organizations...and I've been asked to lead my class at these fall retreats...AND... for the 2018 summer retreats as well! I'm ecstatic!!
This is a volunteer position, and I need to acquire the art supplies. If you're interested in sponsoring/donating to help me get the art supplies for these classes, click on the donate button below.
