No, it’s not what you think. I’m not going anywhere….but I’m hoping my art career will! This last week, I’ve made it my mission to be more productive in my studio practice. Both in the actual creation of sculptures, but also in the creation of content across my social media platforms. Part of that, means being more consistent with what I blog and how much I post here. It’s been sporadic at best.
My intention, is that starting today, Sunday, October 1; I will be posting at least every other Sunday. Sundays will be reserved for what I have going on in my personal life so y’all get to know ME better. Who I am, why I do what I do, why I do it the way I do, etc. Every Wednesday, I think I’m going to make it WIP (Work In Progress) Wednesdays. I’ll show you what I’ve been working on al week. For more WIP progress photos though, be sure you’re following me over on Instagram. I share a lot of progress pictures there.
How about a reminder of who I am. 🙂 I am a momma to an amazing 15 year old son. Wife to a kick ass husband. Ceramic artist/sculptor. And a “differently-abled” OIF Veteran. I am a strong, independent woman who has always done things her way. And that has inevitably followed me into the art world. I am a healer and nurturer by nature. I am motivated to push my art career along. I am a force to be reckoned with.
